The one and only Bollinger Special Cuvee... a combination of richness, body, power, finesse and balance that personifies its style placing it among Champagne’s finest. Its absorbing character comes from the use of very high proportions of Grand and Premier Cru fruit, maturation of the cuvee in very old barrels and the use of 10% aged reserve cuvee.

Producing great champagnes since 1829, this is the quintessential house style - powerful, sophisticated and complex. Beauitfully aromatic with roasted apples, peach and spice. On the palate there are flavours of walnut and pear brioche with bubbles like velvet. Divine.
