Yes! If your order is time-sensitive, we offer 60 or 90-minute delivery options at an extra cost. Contact us at 0800 23 88 90 to arrange urgent delivery.

Can I send flowers anonymously?

Yes. If you wish to remain anonymous, specify this in the gift card message section, and we will ensure your name is not signed at the end of your message.

By what time do I need to have ordered if I want same day delivery?

To qualify for Guaranteed Same Day Auckland delivery (Monday - Friday), your order must be placed by 02:30pm. For Saturday and Sunday delivery, orders must be placed by 12pm.

Can deliveries be made to business addresses or hospitals?

Yes, deliveries can be made to all non-rural Auckland business addresses and hospitals. Please provide full details, including business names or hospital wards and room numbers.

What happens if my recipient is not present at the time of delivery?

If the recipient is not home, the courier will leave the flowers in a safe, cool place out of direct sunlight and leave a note in the letterbox. If no safe place is available, a re-delivery fee will be incurred for a second attempt.
