It is quite simple. Browse our collection, select your preferred blooms or gifts, and click "Add To Cart." Follow the checkout prompts to enter your delivery details and payment information. You can select your desired delivery date during this process.

Yes. Call us free on 0800 23 88 90. We are open from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am - 2pm. You can also email queries to sales@flowerdc.co.nz. For security reasons, we do not recommend sending your payment details via email, as emails are not encrypted and could be intercepted.

Absolutely! All flowers include a card with your message. To remain anonymous, simply request this in the gift card message section during checkout, and we will ensure your name is not included.

Yes, naturally. Once your purchase is complete, we will send a confirmation email with all your order and delivery details. If you do not receive this shortly after checkout, please check your junk folder or contact our team.

Delivery

Yes. We guarantee delivery on the date you select during checkout. If you need to change your delivery date after placing an order, please contact us immediately on 0800 23 88 90 or sales@flowerdc.co.nz.

For guaranteed same-day delivery in Auckland, Monday through Friday, please place your order by 2.30pm. Our couriers aim to deliver to business addresses by 5:00 pm and residential addresses by 7:00 pm.

While we cannot specify an exact time, our couriers depart at 10.30 am and 2.30 pm. If you require an early delivery, please note this on your order, and we will do our best to prioritise it. If your order is time sensitive, please call us and we can arrange a direct delivery at an additional cost. For real-time updates, please give us a call.

Yes we offer same day delivery Saturdays and Sundays, orders must be placed by 12pm.

Most certainly! Deliveries can be made to all Auckland addresses that are not classed as rural. Please ensure that when you have them delivered to a business address or a hospital, you include all the correct delivery details. This can include business names, hospital wards, and room numbers.

Yes, we deliver to selected rural locations for an additional surcharge (calculated at checkout). We currently service the following rural areas:

North: Albany Rural, Arkles Bay, Army Bay, Dairy Flat, Gulf Harbour, Hatfields Beach, Manly, Orewa, Paremoremo, Red Beach, Silverdale, Stanmore Bay, Stillwater, Whangaparoa.

East: Beachlands, Maraetai, Tuscany Estate, Whitford.

South: Ararimu, Ardmore, Bombay, Brookby, Buckland, Clevedon, Drury, Hunua, Karaka, Papakura Rural (Past Ponga Road), Paparimu, Pukekohe Township, Ramarama, Runciman.

West: Cornwallis, French Bay, Hellensville, Henderson Valley Rural, Langholm, Muriwai, Oratia, South Titirangi, Scenic Drive, Swanson Rural, Taupaki, Waiatarua, Waima, Waitakere Township, Wood Bay, Woodhill, Woodlands Park. (Please note: We are unable to deliver to Bethells Beach, Piha, or Parau.)

Unfortunately not. At this stage, The Flower Delivery Company is an online business and does not have a storefront for you to visit.

If the recipient is away, our expert couriers will leave the flowers in a safe, cool place out of direct sunlight and leave a note in the letterbox. If you have a preferred safe spot, please detail this when ordering.

Meanwhile, if no safe place can be found, the flowers will be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, and process them securely via Windcave. Alternatively, you may choose to pay using PayPal or Genoapay during checkout.

If you have paid the wrong delivery fee, one of our friendly team members will contact you to resolve this issue.

Yes, all prices displayed on our website are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are fully inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). You will not encounter any hidden tax charges at checkout.

Yes, we offer a dignified collection of wreaths, casket sprays, and sympathy arrangements. We are experienced in coordinating these sensitive deliveries and can deliver directly to the funeral home or family residence at the required time.

Absolutely. We supply fresh floral arrangements for reception areas, corporate functions, and client gifts. If you require regular deliveries, please contact us to discuss setting up a business account.

Yes, this is part of our unique service guarantee. We will email you a photo of your specific arrangement once it is created, giving you complete peace of mind that your gift is as beautiful as you intended. Please note this service is not available during Valentine's Day or Mother's Day due to the large volume of orders.

Roses & Mixed Bouquets

We proudly offer a 7-Day Freshness Guarantee on all our flowers. Because we source our blooms daily from the market, we are confident they will arrive fresh and last for at least one week with proper care.

To maximise their lifespan, trim 1–2 cm from the stems at an angle, then place them in lukewarm water with the provided flower food. Remove any leaves sitting below the waterline and change the water daily to prevent bacterial buildup. Keep your bouquet in a cool, shaded spot away from direct sunlight, heaters, and fruit.

Yes, absolutely. We are 100% NZ-owned and committed to supporting our local industry. We handpick our seasonal bouquets and roses directly from local New Zealand growers to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

Rose Petals - Ordering & Delivery

To ensure we have the freshest stock available for your special day, we require orders to be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

We recommend scheduling delivery 1 to 2 days before your event so the petals arrive fresh and you can prepare for your occasion without last-minute stress.

Your petals will arrive beautifully presented in our signature Flower Delivery Co. gift bag. This breathable packaging keeps them fresh and protected during transit.

Rose Petals - Product Details

We have two sizes to suit your needs. The Medium Bloom Bag contains approximately 10–12 handfuls, while the Large Bloom Bag contains approximately 20–25 handfuls.

Yes, absolutely. Our petals are 100% fresh and natural, making them fully biodegradable and an eco-friendly choice accepted by most wedding venues and outdoor locations.

Our 80-head package solidly covers 212cm x 212cm. For a light scatter, 6 rose heads cover an area of 105cm x 105cm. Standard confetti cones require 1.5 rose heads each.

Yes, they are perfect for throwing! Our fresh petals are soft and light, and they flutter beautifully in photos, making them the ideal natural confetti for weddings and celebrations.

Rose Petals - Care & Usage

Simply keep the petals in their gift bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and drafts. Do not store them in the fridge with food, as the gases released by fruit and vegetables can damage the blooms.

Natural rose petals can release pigment when wet or crushed. We recommend using White or Pastel petals for aisle runners or delicate fabrics, as darker shades (like Red) may stain if exposed to moisture.
